VALKYRIE RACE SINGAPORE 2025 (Saturday)

Valkyrie Race is made up of 2 divisions, Valour and Storm.

Valour: 6 Runs (a total of 4.8km) & 5 Zones

Storm: 5 Zones (No Running)

Valour

The course consist of 6 runs and 5 zones. Racers must complete an 800m run before starting each zone. Within each zone, there will be one endurance station and one strength station, both of which must be completed in sequence. Racers can choose the order in which they complete the zones.

Storm

The course consist of 5 zones. Within each zone, there will be one endurance station and one strength station, both of which must be completed in sequence. Racers can choose the order in which they complete the zones.

Zones

Zone 1: Air Bike (40kcals) & 10m Balancing Beam (with 15kg weight plate)

Zone 2: Row (500m) & Ball Toss (8kg)

Zone 3: Stationary Bike (1000m) & DB Lunges (60m, 10kg ES)

Zone 4: Ski (500m) & Deadball Carry (25kg)

Zone 5: Lateral Burpees (30 Reps) & Torque Tank Push (100kg)

Note: Age group will be calculated by birth year. For doubles, the age group is calculated using the average age of both partners. If the average age falls between two groups (e.g., 39.5), the team will be placed in the higher age group (e.g., 40-49).

Saturday: 10th May 2025

7:30am - 12:00pm Singles: Valour (last wave 11:00am)

12:00pm - 3:30pm Singles: Storm (last wave 2:30pm)

4:00pm - 7:00pm: Doubles: Valour (last wave 6:00)

7:00pm - 9:30pm: Doubles Storm (last wave 8:30pm)

Sunday: 11th May 2025

7:00am - 9:00am: Singles: Valour (last wave 8:30am)

9:00am - 11:00am Doubles: Valour (last wave 10:30am)

11:30am - 1:30pm: Doubles: Storm (last wave 12:30pm)

All awards, except Singles Storm, will be presented on Sunday, 11th May 2025. Podium for Singles Storm will be presented on Saturday, 10th May 2025. Podium times will be published the week of the race.
