SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or sales events.

  • You will receive A confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days – SGD $5.00

  • Free standard shipping on orders over SGD $70.00.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

  • You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within the estimated processing time, please contact our customer support at contact@valkyrie.com

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check with the carrier first.

  • If your package is lost or has not arrived after a reasonable time frame, contact us for assistance.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please check with your local carrier or neighbours in such cases.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been processed.

  • If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before processing.

  • Once an order is shipped, we cannot make modifications or cancellations.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, customers may be responsible for reshipping fees.
